- 15 minutes. It is a scoping call, not a pitch — long enough to understand your workflows and tell you whether automation is worth it, short enough that it fits between loads or between jobs.
- Does the 15-minute call cost anything?
- No. The discovery call is free. Our paid engagement starts with the $750 AI Mini-Audit, a 90-minute working session that produces a written 6-month AI roadmap you keep whether or not you hire us.
- Who will I be talking to?
- A Lead Architect — the person who would actually build the system. Logixtecs does not employ sales reps, so technical questions get answered on the call rather than in a follow-up email.
- What should I have ready before the call?
- Nothing formal. It helps to know roughly how many hours a week your team spends on repetitive admin, and which tools you already run — QuickBooks, HubSpot, Google Workspace, your TMS or ELD, or a CRM.
- Do you only work with trucking companies?
- No. Trucking and freight is our deepest vertical, but we run the same audit-build-operate process for warehousing, auto repair, field services and real estate — any small business losing 10 or more hours a week to email, quotes and document re-entry.
